NAZCAA is the meeting point of Japanese discipline and Peruvian brightness — Nikkei cuisine, reimagined for the Dubai night.
Named for the lines etched into the Peruvian desert — visible only from above.
Like the Nazca lines, our story is best read from a height. Twelve floors above Downtown Dubai, we plate a cuisine born on the Pacific coast of Peru, where Japanese immigrants met Peruvian ingredients more than a century ago.
The Kitchen
Precision meets fire
Our kitchen is built around three disciplines — the cold precision of the sushi counter, the bright acidity of the ceviche bar, and the smoke of the robata grill. Each plate is a dialogue between two culinary traditions that have always belonged together.
The View
A front-row seat to the city
From the terrace, the Burj Khalifa rises directly ahead and the Dubai Fountain dances below. As dusk settles, the room glows with candlelight and champagne gold — the most considered seat in Downtown Dubai.
